Please allow 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) for processingunless otherwise noted at the home page and top of website. You will not receive your tracking until your order is processed on our end.

Please keep this in mind before contacting us for order statuses. 

• We consider our business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
• Weekends and Federal Holidays do not count as a business day. 
• Once a shipping label is created, please allow 24-48 hours for “movement” as USPS acceptance into their system may vary.
